We stand by the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be issued. 1. Perishable Items (Food & Drinks)

Due to the nature of our fresh and prepared food items, we do not accept returns on perishable products, including cooked foods and fresh drinks, once they have been delivered. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution, which may include a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

2. Non-Perishable Items (Spices & Herbs)

For non-perishable items like spices and herbs, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email info@flavourflavour.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item(s). Once confirmed, we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

4. Refund Process

Refunds for eligible returns or order issues will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the item or issue report. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

5. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@flavourflavour.co.uk immediately. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
