Ordering & Payment
Ordering with us is easy! Simply browse our Food Menu, Spices or Herbs. Add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payments. All prices are in British Pounds (£).
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. Please contact us at info@flavourflavour.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to make changes, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, all our products are delivered free of charge. Food items are delivered within a 3-mile radius of our location within 3 hours, and drinks, spices, and herbs are delivered nationwide in 24 hours.

Products & Ingredients
Our products are sourced directly from trusted farms in the UK, Morocco, Nigeria, Ghana, and the Caribbean. We take pride in offering high-quality, natural, and additive-free ingredients.
Yes! All of our spices, herbs, and food items are free from preservatives, MSG, and artificial additives. We’re committed to providing natural, healthy products.
Currently, we do not offer product bundles. However, we regularly feature popular items and seasonal specials, so keep an eye on our website and social media for updates!
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us at info@flavourflavour.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll work to resolve it.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an error, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and description. We’ll review your request and, if eligible, process a replacement or refund.

Creating an account is optional. You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to view past orders, track your current order, and enjoy a faster checkout process.
